PMG Amplifier is operated by Phat Music Group Inc.. Access to the authenticated application is granted to approved users for lawful campaign, content, and publishing workflows connected to their authorized accounts.

You are responsible for content you upload, approve, export, or submit through connected third-party platform accounts, including TikTok. Social platform integrations operate only after explicit user authorization.

API-dependent features, including supported TikTok submission workflows, are available only when approved by the relevant platform and authorized by the connected account holder.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

PMG Amplifier, features, and integrations may change, be suspended, or require maintenance. Phat Music Group Inc. disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law and limits liability as allowed under applicable governing law.
